An intimate, close-knit live performance to bring the day to a gentle close.
Between 1995 and 1997, Sentituoni would scrape a 200-lira coin across the plastic strings of the tennis racket he had stolen from his mother’s storage closet. He needed a guitar. Once, at the age of six, he ran away from home. He spent an hour in a pine forest before coming back. At sixteen, he saw the Pacific Ocean for the first time, near San Francisco. He spent more than half of his life in a small village in the Reggio Emilia Apennines, a place the railway never reached. They put all their faith in road transport instead. Back then, it snowed a lot. It was beautiful. For the past ten years, he has lived in Bologna, where he works for a social cooperative. Together with friends, he organizes ceremonies and convivial concerts, and takes part in rituals. He writes emails and notes on his phone. He writes songs, and he sings them.
Some of those songs were collected in C’è da stare tranquilli (There’s Nothing to Worry About), a self-produced album released in 2024 with Alessio Vanni and the Collettivo Ramaglie.
Since then, he has been travelling around, singing them wherever he goes.
